Raksha Bandhan was celebrated in various jails of J&K, on Thursday (11.8.2022), with several women and girls tying Rakhis on wrists of inmates. Group of women belonging to Brahma Kumari Ashram also tied rakhis to jail inmates and staff in various jails of Jammu.
